PCBase


The Plant ChIP-seq Database (PCBase; http://pcbase.itps.ncku.edu.tw) is a database resource that collects and utilizes plant ChIP-seq experimental data derived from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under various conditions to infer transcription binding sites for seven model plants: Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Solanum lycopersicum, Glycine max, Arabidopsis lyrata, and Gossypium hirsutum.
