Plant ChIP-seq Database (PCBase) is a database resource that collects and utilizes plant ChIP-seq experimental data derived from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under various conditions to infer transcription binding sites for seven model plants and one green algae species: Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, Zea mays, Solanum lycopersicum, Glycine max, Arabidopsis lyrata, Gossypium hirsutum, and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.

EXPLORE

Gene Search

Provide basic information and regulatory mechanism for query gene.

Protein Search

Provide basic information and regulatory mechanism for protein, which belong to transcription factor, histone or other DNA binding protein and being studied in ChIP-seq experiments and collected in PC Base.

Promoter Analysis

Identify TFBS (analyzed from ChIP-seq experimental data) on the query promoter sequence.

Genome Browser

Scan TFBSs of all ChIP-seq experiments on whole genome by genome browser.
